Spin Pilates Tabata

An extreme 30/35 minute ride that will give you the ultimate cardio workout.

Followed by 20 minutes of Pilates ABS, using Bender Balls, Pilate Circles, Gliders, and kettle bells. A well-deserved stretch to finish. This class is designed for SPIN fans of all fitness levels, and for anyone who would like to give Spin a go!
